The 39th floor offers the One Club’s private restaurant and bar, exclusively for residents and their guests. The executive chef and team create a Mediterranean-inspired menu bringing color, flavor, and warmth to every day of the week. Surrounded by skyline views, residents can gather for cocktails crafted with intention and linger over dinners that unfold like stories, or reserve the private dining room for something more personal. Outdoors, the 4,500 sq ft. terrace invites sunset aperitifs or dining al fresco against the harbor and city skyline.

There’s also an on-site resident manager, building-wide WiFi, commercial washers and dryers, and storage units for license.
