The pool became the hot spot for cooling off as the summer season peaked; July saw record-high visits as the community took full advantage of this inviting oasis, transforming the space into a respite for relaxation, socializing, and splash-filled fun in the sun. Adding to the summer excitement, the Fourth of July party brought OWS residents together as they celebrated with family, friends, and neighbors in a display of patriotic spirit and festive flair. 

Beyond the summertime fun, promotions at The One Club sparked connection through a host of engaging activities. Food enthusiasts, in particular, found delight in the ongoing Regional Dinner Series, which continues to grow in popularity as guests explore the flavors of seasonal local ingredients and culinary traditions. This September’s Hudson Harvest dinner offered a warm opportunity to connect over a tasty shared meal and celebrate the New York area’s unique offerings. 

Also in September, One Wall Street celebrated a significant milestone with the Red Room landmarking event, commemorating the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission’s designation of this iconic space as an interior landmark. This gathering, hosted by Parisian luxury retailer Printemps, honored the space’s architectural legacy and cultural significance while offering a glimpse into its future as the first New York City location for the shop, set to open in spring 2025. 

A “Sip the Sunset” event with Royal Wine Merchants offered an ideal opportunity to unwind and celebrate as the sun set over the city. Another highlight was a wine tasting hosted by Printemps in partnership with French Founders, where residents gathered to enjoy a curated selection of fine French wines. The lineup continued with spirited H2shO events, featuring exclusive water aerobics classes in the SkyPool set to soundtracks of  “Grease” and “Dirty Dancing,” adding even more pizazz and panache to for residents to enjoy in the amenities spaces.  

Health and wellness took center stage, with Life Time Fitness hosting events that featured boxing, mat Pilates, yoga, and aqua fitness — all designed to promote an active, balanced lifestyle. And in a display of baking brilliance, neighbors gathered in the kitchen for a hands-on challah baking event. Here, novice and experienced bakers alike learned the art of challah making while enjoying a sense of togetherness and the inviting aroma of freshly baked bread. 

One Wall Street also hosted an exclusive Happy Hour and private tour with our neighbors at the Perelman Performing Arts Center, offering a collaboration with unparalleled access to New York’s dynamic art scene, making cultural experiences more easily available to the neighborhood.
